Stână din județul Timiș, administrată de o familie originară din zona Sibiului, care produce brânzeturi din lapte de oaie și oferă preparate specifice.

Producător local de brânzeturi din lapte de vacă, după rețete și tehnici inspirate din tradiția italiană. Pe lângă producția de brânzeturi, Curtea Culorilor organizează evenimente gastronomice precum Brunchissimo, iar produsele pot fi cumpărate de la piața volantă din Timișoara, pe bază de comandă sau direct de la laboratorul de brânză din Sârbova.

Agape “artă & natură” se naște într-un context de fuziune a sensibilității dintre artă, natură și vin. Este pasiunea materializată în trei elemente strâns legate între ele – cramă, școală și atelier de artă – care funcționează într-o armonie complexă, având ca bază vinul, o componentă reînviată a culturii noastre.   Vinurile de la Agape artă & natură sunt concepute făcând un pas înapoi față de tehnologia enologică industrială și făcând un pas înainte față de sensibilitatea senzorială, dar și față de exprimarea teritorială. Crezul nostru este acela de a produce an de an vinuri “uno tantum”, adică diferite și sincere, care să reușească să emoționeze. Printr-un concept simplu și minimalist, strugurii sunt doar conduși în cramă fără a le impune ce să devină, cu intervenții minime și doar dacă sunt necesare. 

Pasiunea este la origini. Cu asta incepe povestea noastra. Cu pasiunea pentru vin si dragostea pentru dealurile binecuvantate de natura ale Silagiului.

ARAMIC is a wine cellar with 100% Romanian private capital. Established in 2010, ARAMIC wished to revive the forgotten tradition of over 3 decades of the Silagiu area, one of the 5 vineyards of Banat. Silagiu is a commune located 6 km from Buziaş and 39 km from Timişoara, situated on the piedmont between Timiş and Bârzava. The initial project started in 2010-2012 and consisted in the reestablishment of plantations with noble varieties, aiming at identifying the varieties appropriate to the existing soils. In 2015, the grape processing area was completed by putting into operation a modern processing line with a capacity of 200,000 liters. Surface of vineyard: 46 ha Wines: ARAMIC, Piatra Soarelui Grape varieties: Fetească Neagră, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Fetească Albă, Muscat Ottonel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc. Activities: ARAMIC Wine Cellar offers the opportunity to organize wine tasting events.

Petro Vaselo (Vigna srl) was founded in 2002 and now owns a total area of 172 ha of land, of which, in the present 42 are planted with vineyards. Planting was done in stages as follows: 2005 – 9 ha Merlot 2007 – 11 ha of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 – 7 ha Chardonnay 2009 – 14 ha Italian Riesling and Pinot Noir 2016 – 2 ha Feteasca Neagra

Oldest records date back to 1447, when the lord of Severin, Mihail de Ciorna, purchased the vineyards in Recas. From that day until now, the blessing of the legendary gods of wine has continued to protect the destiny of the vineyards in Recas. In the last 10 years, both the vineyard and winery have been completely and exhaustively modernized in order to be able to fully control the production process using the latest quality standards world-wide. In the vineyard - over 800 hectares have been re-planted already using the highest quality vine stock from France and Italy. The winery has been fully fitted out with stainless steel, automatic temperature controlled tanks for fermenting and storing the wine. Also, one of the fastest and most efficient bottling lines in Europe has been inaugurated in 2016. The philosophy here is simple - to apply the absolute best production methods to every single wine - to enhance and preserve the natural quality of the grapes - and provide a consistently high quality product every year for every wine we make. Recas winery has focused mainly on modern dry wines – being one of the trend setters in post 1989 Romania with this approach. At its best, Cramele Recas wineries pride on producing Solo Quinta, one of the most distinctive premium white wines in the country. Solo Quinta has been declared the producer’s best wine since 2011, when it was awarded the gold medal at Vinalies Internationales, France also being nominated the best dry white wine in the competition. This was probably the most significant distinction a Romanian wine has ever received. Its red “brother”, Cuvee Uberland, was also among the first Romanian wines to receive an award of excellence in 2008, when it was presented with the gold medal at Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
